Rates and Reservations
Big Ku reservations
We do all reservations personally by email, over the phone, or through your travel agent. This process allows us to begin a personal relationship with our guests, which offers us a better opportunity to customize the experience.
2022 Rates
Prices are per person, based on double occupancy.
Rates for 7 nights: Saturday to Saturday. Week-long trips only between July 30 - September 23.
June 11 - September 23: Return Guest $8,350.00 New Guest $8,850.00

*Add a fly-out upon reservation for $450 per person. 2 person minimum.
With a maximum of six guests, Big Ku Lodge offers an authentic and intimate wilderness experience.
Rates for 4 nights: This rate only applies to special time frames. Please email us your preferred dates and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Reservation Information and Cancellation Policy
Inclusions
Round trip flights directly between Anchorage and the Lodge. Exclusive, guided access inside the heart of Katmai National Preserve. All guides and guided activities, including fishing, instruction, and use of boats. Delicious, hearty, home style meals, snacks and beverages (soft drinks, tea, coffee, and limited beer/wine with dinner), thoughtfully prepared in house daily. Chest waders and boots (if needed). Flies provided on the stream (if needed). Fishing gear can be provided if requested in advance of the trip.
Non Inclusions
Flights to/from your hometown to Anchorage, Alaska. Hard liquor (please feel free to bring your own). Fishing Licenses (if applicable). Staff gratuities. Additional Fly- Outs ($450.00 per person).
Deposits
Confirmation and reservation is final only upon receiving a 50% deposit. Principle balance is due at the end of your week at Big Ku.
Big Ku Lodge accepts: Checks, Traveler’s Checks, Cash, Credit Cards (add 2.5% tansaction fee), or Direct Bank Wiring.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strict due to our limited space.
Before March 1st of your travel year, refunds will be given, less a $250 processing fee. Refunds are given after March 1st when a substitute for your reserved space is found, less a $250 processing fee.
Cancellation Note: Due to our short season and limited space, we must enforce our cancellation policy. However, in special circumstances, we will work with our guests to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
