We confirm reservations personally, by email, over the phone, or through your travel agent. This process allows us to begin a personal relationship with our potential guests and offers a better opportunity to customize their experience.
Before March 1st of your travel year, refunds will be given, less a $250 processing fee.
Refunds are given after March 1st when a substitute for your reserved space is found, less a $250 processing fee.
Due to a short season and limited space, our cancellation policy is strict. However, in special circumstances we will work with our guests to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.
Confirmation and reservation is final only upon receiving a 50% deposit. Principle balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Big Ku Lodge does not accept credit cards. We do accept: Checks, Traveler’s Checks, Cash or Direct Bank Wiring (contact us if you wish the routing information).
